- 2 cups walnut halves
- 1 egg white
- 1 1/2 teaspoons fine kosher salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
Preheat oven to 350. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and cooking spray.
Whisk together the egg white and spices in a large bowl. Add the walnut pieces and mix well. Spread out on baking sheet and bake 15-20 minutes, stirring halfway, until well toasted.
Let cool completely, and enjoy.
