Banana Maple Trail Mix


  • 1 cup dried bananas, chopped
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 2 cups raw almonds
  • 3 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1/2 teaspoon coarse sea salt

To Make: 
Preheat oven to 375. Mix together the almonds and oats with maple syrup, melted butter, and salt. Spread on parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake 30-40 minutes until golden brown, stirring halfway through.

Let cool completely, then transfer to an airtight container and stir in bananas and cranberries.
