Ingredients
1 lb fresh or frozen cranberries
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/3 cup brown sugar
1 TBSP finely grated fresh ginger
2 tsp orange zest
3/4 cup orange juice
To Make:
Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally, approximately 20 minutes. Cranberries will burst open and sauce will be thick when cooking is complete. Serve warm or cold.
