Pineapple Salsa


  • 1 cup pineapple, diced
  • 1 large tomato, seeded and finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 1 jalapeno, seeded and finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice

To Make:

Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Season to taste with salt. Cover and refrigerate for about 1 hour before serving.
