Peach Salsa


  • 2 pounds peaches, diced
  • 3 chipotle peppers in adobo, diced
  • 1 cup fresh cilantro, finely chopped
  • 1/4 small red onion, diced
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • Fresh limes
  • Salt

To Make: 
Combine first 5 ingredients in a large bowl and mix well. Season to taste with fresh lime juice and salt. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes prior to serving.
