Action stations add excitement and interest to your party while allowing your guests to sample a wide variety of foods a little at a time. Your guests will be delighted when they get to choose exactly what they want to eat while not being overwhelmed by too many choices. Some of our stations are traditional, like our carved meat station, but they are NEVER ordinary. A Whipped Potato Sundae Bar, for example, is an original, tasty way to surprise your guests with something unique. Our Quesadillas are prepared with tender southwest marinated chicken, pepper jack and cheddar cheeses grilled between two flour tortillas and served with sour cream, salsa, jalapeno peppers, and guacamole.
Our Fajaitas are prepared using richly seasoned beef and chicken blended with colorful vegetables. The mixture is heated to sizzling in a sauté pan and folded into a flour tortilla.
Oriental Stir Fry Station
Our server will prepare a freshly made Chicken, Shrimp, Beef, Tofu or Vegetable Stir Fry for your guests. The Stir Fry is prepared using marinated meat blended with colorful oriental vegetables. The mixture is heated to sizzling in a wok and served with fried rice.
Your guests will be able to choose from two sauces. Some potential sauces are: White Wine Vegetable Primavera, Creamy Vodka Sauce or Sun-dried Tomatoes, Olives, & Basil.
Our server will prepare freshly made crepes for your guests. They will be able to choose from such fillings as Broccoli and Mushrooms or Ricotta Cheese and Spinach.
Our server will prepare freshly made omelets for your guests. Some potential fillings your guests can choose from are: Mushrooms, Ham, Onions, Peppers, Salsa, Cheddar, and Swiss Cheese.
Whipped Potato Sundae Station
Margarita glasses will be filled with whipped sweet potatoes or whipped garlic infused potatoes. Your guests will be able to top their “sundae” with any combination of cheddar or swiss cheese, sour cream, chives, steamed broccoli, sautéed onions, gravy, sautéed mushrooms, and bacon.
Carved Meat Station

Entrecote en Croute – A thick shell steak, roasted medium rare and wrapped in flaky French puff pastry accompanied by a natural au jux.
Baked Virginia Ham, Roast Turkey Breast, Roast Beef
Ice Cream Sundae Bar
Our server will scoop chocolate and vanilla ice cream for your guests. Toppings will be: Chocolate Syrup, Whipped Cream, M & M’s, Crushed Oreo Cookies, Walnuts, Cherries, and Sprinkles.
Dessert Crepe Station
Our server will prepare fresh crepes for your guests. Some potential fillings are:
Chocolate Chip Cannoli Cream, Apples with Cinnamon and Sugar, Nutella Cocoa & Hazelnut Spread, or Bananas Foster or your guest can have their Crepes immersed in Grand Marnier Sauce, topped with strawberry dessert sauces, powdered sugar, or whipped cream.
