The Details – Price Includes:

  • Room rental for six hours (1 hour client setup, 4 ½ hour event, ½ hour staff clean up).
  • Tables with table covers and chairs, buffet tables with table covers, bar area with ice.
  • Restrooms.
  • Limited off street and on street parking (valet parking available).
  • Waitstaff
  • Top quality disposable dinnerware, flatware, hot and cold cups, and napkins

Gersky’s / Mercadante’s Does Not Provide

  • Music, alcohol, beer, wine, decorated cake, or decorations.
  • Additional $100.00 insurance premium for events serving alcohol of any kind.

Just a few rules:

  • No smoking in the building.
  • $500.00 security deposit required to save your date.
  • Security deposit is not refundable due to cancellations less than 30 days before your event.
  • Full payment is due no later than 24 hours prior to the event.
  • Decorations must be removed by the host at the end of the event.
  • No decorations may be attached to the walls in any way.
  • One hour client setup includes DJ setup time.  We do not provide a table or table cloth for the DJ.
  • Overtime available at $250.00 per hour.  Overtime must be scheduled prior to the event.
  • If more than one hour setup is required, the cost is 100.00 per hour.
