Yogurt Marinated Chicken Kabobs


  • 1 1/2 pounds chicken breast, cut into strips
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • Salt
  • Wood skewers

To Make:

Mix together the yogurt, spices, along with a healthy pinch of salt, and set aside.

Place the chicken in a large zip-lock bag, add in the marinade, and toss to coat. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, overnight if possible. When ready, place chicken on skewers, removing as much excess marinade as you can.

Grill over medium-high heat, turning every few minutes to avoid burning.
