Ingredients:
- 2 pounds fresh tuna fillets
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
To Make:
Rinse and pat dry tuna fillets. Combine the remaining ingredients and place in a ziplock back. Add tuna and marinate for one hour. Grill 4 to 5 minutes per side until cooked through.
