Grilled Lemon Basil Shrimp


  • 1 pound shrimp (20-30 per pound), peeled and deveined
  • 1/4-1/2 cup fresh basil, chopped (more shrimp = more basil)
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper

To Make:

Toss shrimp with the lemon juice, basil, and the olive oil. Mix in the salt and pepper and let marinate for 20-30 minutes. Grill over high heat, either in a grill pan or grill, about 2-3 minutes per side. Enjoy.
