- 1 pound shrimp (20-30 per pound), peeled and deveined
- 1/4-1/2 cup fresh basil, chopped (more shrimp = more basil)
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- Salt and pepper
Toss shrimp with the lemon juice, basil, and the olive oil. Mix in the salt and pepper and let marinate for 20-30 minutes. Grill over high heat, either in a grill pan or grill, about 2-3 minutes per side. Enjoy.
