Garlic Ginger Glazed Slamon

  • 4 8-ounce fillets of salmon
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon chili paste
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup seasoned rice vinegar
  • 1/3 cup water

To Make:

Rub each side of the salmon fillets with oil, then season with salt. Grill 6-8 minutes per side, until the fish flakes easily.

Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, combine the garlic, ginger, brown sugar, chili paste, soy sauce, rice vinegar and water. Bring to a boil, then reduce and let simmer until the mixture starts to thicken. Spoon over salmon and serve.
