Strawberry Balsamic Jam


  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 cup sugar

To Make: 
In a medium pot combine the strawberries, balsamic vinegar, and sugar. Cook over medium heat for about 10 minutes, stirring constantly, until thickened. Transfer to a container and allow to cool completely before storing in the refrigerator.
