How may service people will there be?
It depends on the type of food served, the style of party, and the location of the party. In general, however, we provide one server for about 20 guests.
Can I taste the food before the wedding day?
Yes. We can prepare most foods as a “take home dinner” for you to take home and try at your leisure. You decide what you like without the pressure of someone standing over your shoulder fishing for compliments. 😉
