Strawberry Balsamic Jam

Ingredients: 1 cup fresh strawberries, finely chopped 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar 1/2 cup sugar To Make:  In a medium pot combine the strawberries, balsamic vinegar, and sugar. Cook over medium heat for about 10 minutes, stirring constantly, until thickened. Transfer to a container and allow to cool completely before storing in the refrigerator.

Baked Grapefruit

Ingredients: 2 grapefruits, halved 4 tablespoons honey Ground cinnamon To Make: Preheat oven to 375. Pour 1 tablespoon of the honey on each grapefruit half. Sprinkle with a little cinnamon. Bake for about 15 minutes.
