Sesame Garlic Asparagus


  • 1 1/2 pound asparagus, washed and ends trimmed
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tablespoons sesame seeds, toasted
  • Salt

To Make: 
Preheat oven to 425.

Toss asparagus with oils and garlic. Arrange on large baking sheet and sprinkle with sesame seeds and a good pinch of salt

Place in oven for 15-20 minutes until al dente, ie. just a bit crisp.
