Balsamic and Honey Radicchio


  • 2 heads radicchio
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • Salt and pepper

To Make:

Core the radicchio and tear into bite size pieces. Saute in oil over medium-high heat until for about 4-5 minutes, season with salt and pepper. Lower the heat and stir in the balsamic vinegar and honey. Mix well and serve.
