- 4 cups dandelion greens, thoroughly washed and dried
- 1 orange, cut into supremes
- 1 grapefruit, pink or red, cut into supremes
- 1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup pecan halves
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons honey
- 1 lime
Combine the oil, honey, and the juice and zest of the lime. Season with salt and pepper and set aside.
In a large bowl, toss together the greens, orange and grapefruit supremes, onion, and pecans. Drizzle with dressing and mix well. Serve.
