Citrus and Greens Salad


  • 4 cups dandelion greens, thoroughly washed and dried
  • 1 orange, cut into supremes
  • 1 grapefruit, pink or red, cut into supremes
  • 1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup pecan halves
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 1 lime

To Make: 

Combine the oil, honey, and the juice and zest of the lime. Season with salt and pepper and set aside.

In a large bowl, toss together the greens, orange and grapefruit supremes, onion, and pecans. Drizzle with dressing and mix well. Serve.
