Honey Peanut Butter Ice Cream


  • 1 cup smooth peanut butter
  • 2 cups half and half
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • Salt

To Make: 
If necessary, prep/pre-freeze ice cream maker.

In a blender, combine all of the ingredients except the salt, and blend until smooth. If using unsalted peanut butter, mix in about 1/4 tablespoon salt until desired taste – if should be a well-rounded sweet and salty mix, but not too salty. Refrigerate mix about 4 hours, until cold.

Add to ice cream machine and churn following manufacturer’s directions. Freeze for an additional few hours until firm.
