Ingredients:
- 16 jumbo shrimp (peeled, deveined, and cooked)
- 1 can crushed tomatoes, chunky (28 oz)
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 2 tablespoons horseradish
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 teaspoons Tabasco, or other hot sauce
- 6 ounces cold vodka
- Celery ribs, washed and cut
- Salt and pepper
To Make:
Mix together all ingredients except for shrimp and celery. Season mix with salt and pepper. Divide among 4 chilled glasses, top each with 4 shrimp and a rib or two of celery.
