Banana Oatmeal Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/2 cup skim milk
  • 2 tablespoons reduced-fat peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup quick-cooking oats
  • 1 teaspoon honey

To Make: 
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
