Lemon and Garlic Hummus


  • 2 cups chickpeas, drained and well rinsed
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 3/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

To Make:

Place all ingredients in a food processor and process until smooth. Season to taste with additional salt or lemon if you life. Serve with cut pita wedges.
