Ingredients:
- 1 pound green beans
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon fresh cracked black pepper
- 1 teaspoon granulated garlic
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
To Make:
Preheat oven to 400.
Mix together the breadcrumbs and spices in a shallow dish. In another, beat the egg.
Coat the green beans in the egg, then roll in the bread crumb mix. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
When done, bake for about 20 minutes, until crispy.
