Whole Roasted Snapper


  • 1 whole red snapper, cleaned and scaled
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh ginger, finely chopped
  • 2 scallions, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon canola oil
  • Salt and pepper

To Make:
Preheat oven to 425.

Prepare the fish by cutting a few slashes along each side, set aside.

Combine the other ingredients, along with a healthy pinch of salt and pepper. Rub the fish inside and out with the mix.

Transfer to a heavy baking sheet and roast for 30 minutes until the fish begins to flake.
