Sauteed Red Snapper


  • 4 red snapper fillets, about 4-6 ounces each
  • Salt
  • Cayenne pepper
  • 3 tablespoons canola oil

To Make:
Liberally season the fish with salt and pepper. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the fish about 4 minutes per side, or until flaky.
