Potato-Crusted Tilapia


  • 4 tilapia fillets, about 6 ounces each
  • 3/4 cups potato flakes
  • 1 cup tartar sauce
  • 1/4 cup fresh chives, chopped
  • 2 teaspoons fresh lemon zest, grated

To Make:

Preheat oven to 450.

In a small bowl mix together tartar sauce, chives, and lemon zest. Spread 2 tablespoons of the mix on top of each fillet, followed by 3 tablespoons of the potato flakes. Place fillets on a greased wire rack (TIP: Put the wire rack in a larger sheet pan for easier handling).

Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until fish is cooked through and the top is golden brown. Serve with reserved tartar sauce mix.
