- 1 1/2 – 2 pound flank steak
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 tablespoons ground coffee
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Olive oil
- Kosher salt
Rub the steak liberally with the oil, then season lightly with the salt and pepper. Combine the cocoa powder, coffee, and cinnamon, then firmly press in to all sides of the steak.
Cook using the style of your choosing (grill, broil, etc.), and make sure to let the steak rest when done.
