Ingredients:
- 4 pounds chicken wings
- 1 cup light brown sugar
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup gin
- Zest and juice of 1 lemon
- Salt and pepper
To Make:
Preheat oven to 425.
Whisk together all ingredients and toss with wings to coat well. Place in a single layer on a foil-lined baking sheet.
Bake for 30-35 minutes until cooked through.
