Thai Coffee


  • 4 cups double strengh fresh brewed coffee
  • 2 cups half and half
  • 3 cardamom pods, crushed
  • 3 teaspoons sugar
  • ice cubes

To Make:

Brew the coffee and let cool. Bring the half and half, cardamom, and sugar to a simmer. Remove from the heat and allow to steep for about 15 minutes.

Remove the cardomom and divide the mix between 4 ice-filled tall glasses. Top with the coffee and serve.
