Mango Lemonade


  • 3 mangoes, peeled and roughly chopped
  • 1 3/4 cups sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups fresh lemon juice
  • 6 large lemons, juiced

To Make: 
In a small pan, mix together the sugar and 1 cup of water. Bring to a boil while dissolving sugar. Remove from the heat and let cool completely.

Afterwards, puree the mangoes, then pass through a sieve to remove excess fibers. In a large pitcher, combine the remainder of the water, lemon juice, mango puree, and simple syrup. Mix well and serve over ice.
