Pumpkin Cranberry Banana Bread

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 cup whole cranberry sauce
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon butter

To Make:

Preheat oven to 350.

Sift together the flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Set aside.

In a mixer beat together the banana, pumpkin, cranberry sauce, sugar, egg, and butter. Stir in the flour mix until combined. Pour batter into a prepared loaf pan.

Bake for about 1 hour, until a toothpick comes out clean.

Cool in the pan for about 10-15 minutes before turning out to a cooling rack.
