Parmesan Popovers


  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

To Make:

Preheat oven to 375. Prepare a muffin tin with butter or cooking spray.

Whisk together the milk, water, and eggs. Slowly add in the flour until just combined. Mix the garlic and salt in to a paste and stir in to the batter. Divide half of the mix among the muffin tins and top with half of the cheese. Top with the remaining batter, then the remaining cheese.

Bake for 40 minutes. Cut a small slit in the top of each popover and bake for 10 minutes more.
