Ingredients:
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts of your choosing
- 1/4 cup raisins
To Make:
Preheat oven to 350.
Mash bananas, combine with oats, melted butter, cinnamon, and sugar. Stir in nuts and raisins.
Drop tablespoons of mixture on parchment-lined baking sheets. Bake 30-40 minutes until mostly crunchy yet still a little soft on the inside.
