My sincerest appreciation for the spectacular party that you planned and represented for us on January 18, 2001.
The high recommendations from the references you provided were only exceeded by the actual party itself!
Before the guests arrived, I remember telling you that we don’t have 40 guests coming – we have 40 critics on their way. Well, the critics have spoken. Your food was unbelievably delicious and plenty of it AND your presentation was as professional as can be.
I want to thank you again for making our party such a success.
