Ingredients

2 bottles of Champagne, or sparkling wine
1/2 cup Grand Marnier
1/2 cup Triple Sec
1/2 cup Cognac
1 1/3 cups lemon juice
1/2 cup orange juice
1 cup superfine sugar
Orange and Lemon slices for garnish

To Make:
